Dr. Charles W. Davis, II
Dr. Charles Davis II is an accomplished entrepreneur, executive, scholar, and community leader with extensive experience spanning business management, behavioral health, healthcare, accounting and finance, real estate, ministry, and community development. His diverse professional background reflects a longstanding commitment to building organizations that strengthen communities and create opportunities for individuals and families.
Throughout his career, Dr. Davis has founded and led multiple business ventures, including organizations in accounting, psychotherapy, home healthcare, real estate, and commercial cleaning. His leadership approach combines sound business practices, financial stewardship, strategic growth, and a strong commitment to service.
Dr. Davis brings an exceptional academic foundation to his professional work. He holds a Ph.D. in Counseling and Psychology, a Master of Counseling and Psychology, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, a Master of Divinity, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, and a bachelor’s degree in Sacred Music. His multidisciplinary education allows him to approach organizational leadership from both a business and people-centered perspective.
Community service and personal development remain central to Dr. Davis’s work. He is the founder and Pastor of Faith Soldiers Empowerment Church, Inc., where his leadership has supported initiatives focused on empowerment, outreach, and strengthening families and communities. He also has experience providing financial leadership within the nonprofit sector, including organizations engaged in disaster relief and frontline community support.
Beyond his professional and community leadership, Dr. Davis is an accomplished musician, educator, and mentor who uses his talents to encourage the development of others.
Guided by faith, service, education, and entrepreneurship, Dr. Davis continues to dedicate his career to developing sustainable organizations, empowering people, and creating meaningful opportunities for the communities he serves.

Melissa Davis, LCSW, CCS
Melissa Davis is a licensed psychotherapist, clinical leader, entrepreneur, empowerment speaker, and community advocate whose career reflects a deep commitment to service, mental wellness, personal development, and strengthening individuals and families.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a graduate degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Supervisor, Melissa Davis brings extensive knowledge and experience in behavioral health, clinical practice, case management, supervision, and holistic wellness.
In her professional career, Melissa Davis serves as a Senior Social Worker with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, providing intensive case management services within the Homeless Veterans Program. Through this work, she supports and advocates for veterans experiencing housing instability and other complex challenges, helping connect them with resources and services designed to promote stability and long-term well-being.
In addition to her clinical career, Mrs. Davis is is a visionary entrepreneur with a passion for developing organizations and programs that address the needs of individuals, families, and communities. Her approach to leadership combines compassion, professional excellence, strategic vision, and a genuine commitment to helping others reach their full potential.
Melissa Davis also serves as Pastor of Faith Soldiers Empowerment Center in Hallsboro, North Carolina, alongside her husband and ministry partner, Dr. Charles W. Davis II. Her faith remains an important foundation for her leadership and service. She is passionate about mentoring others, developing leaders, teaching practical principles for personal and spiritual growth, and encouraging individuals to pursue their purpose.
Whether serving through behavioral health, business, ministry, or community outreach, Melissa Davis is committed to creating environments where people feel supported, empowered, and equipped to move forward. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that every individual possesses the capacity for growth, purpose, and meaningful change.
